PUMA Go Dark With Full 'Eclipse' Pack

There’s just something about black boots at the start of the year. A reset. A statement. And the new PUMA ‘Eclipse’ pack is exactly that. They have stripped things back visually and let the performance do the talking. Minimalist in palette but heavy in intent. All three silos have got the full stealth treatment here.

The Eclipse pack sees a menacing black aesthetic cover all three boots. The Future 9 and Ultra 6 receive some wicked red detailing to liven up the design, whilst the King sticks to the classic black and white colourway. No noise, no distraction. It’s clean and precise.

So let’s talk about this King, and it really lives up to its name. A modern reboot of one of the most iconic silos to ever grace the pitch. This generation has sent the King to another level, with a premium synthetic upper that could almost trick you into believing it was actually leather. Don’t let the classic aesthetic fool you though, this boot is decked out with all the latest technology to ensure comfort, stability, and max performance.

Onto the Future, a boot that is usually fuelled with creativity takes a step back into a more subtle approach. A blackout base with sharp red accents across that all new upper we saw unveiled at the end of last year. It feels classy but equally dynamic. Again, this boot is laced with more updated tech from the generation we saw previously, a change to the upper whilst the stability of the PWRTAPE technology still remains.

And finally, the Ultra. The speed of the pack. A boot known for vibrant designs and crazy speed. The black aesthetic may calm this one down a notch but it’s still ready to run riot. It’s quietly dangerous, and that’s the scariest type. A lightweight construction as usual, explosive traction and a streamline visual that will leave a wicked mark on the pitch.
