Erling Haaland is the latest player to go Sneaker Shopping with Complex's Joe La Puma, hooking up at The Concept Store in Marbella, Spain. Among many other things, the Manchester City striker talks openly about his move to the club, and his cross-brand style.

You know you’re in good company when your name is lined up alongside David Beckham, Ronaldo, Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, Megan Rapinoe and Paul Pogba. All these superstars have linked up with Complex’s Joe La Puma for a spot of Sneaker Shopping in the past, and now Manchester City’s hot shot striker, Erling Haaland is the latest player to do so, talking candidly on a range of topics whilst also spending a cool €4020 on five pairs of new shoes. Easy.

During his chat with JLP, in which he talks about his love for sneakers, signing to Manchester City, getting Virgil Abloh's friends-and-family Louis Vuitton Air Force 1s in the club's colours, and wanting DJ Khaled's Air Jordans, Haaland also touches on the very topical subject of his brand affiliation.

Since his contract with Nike ended, the Norwegian has been flirting with the likes of PUMA and more recently adidas, with a move to the Three Stripes looking like it is all but sealed. However, he was able to get this one last bit of shopping done in the public eye before anything official is announced, in which he was able to profess his passion for Nike sneakers, particularly the Air Force 1. Certainly makes for interesting viewing.
