Been to Southampton but never been to Scunthorpe? A quintessentially British part of the country that is famed for it's industry, Glanford Park is our latest calling card on the road as we explore the wonderfully fluffy world of football mascots. Our host for today? Scunny Bunny, of course.

Dressed head to toe in full Scunthorpe kit, this friendly giant is another perfect representation of a masked hero that runs pitch side in the name of their club. A creator of memories and marker of the occasion, Scunny Bunny is part of the furniture though far from static, he jumps, rolls, tumbles and cheers. When the net bustles he leads the celebrations and rides the wave.

The un-playing hero dressed in claret and blue with eyes to match. A beaming smile and imposing figure, he's a likeable legend and with number 99 on his back, there's a touch of rock and roll with this one. Not so much dividing opinion but it's fair to say the career of Scunny Bunny has not been complete plane sailing. He's a figure that has been lobbied against by supporters though battled through and is now freshly suited.

Scunthorpe United are setting targets on promotion this season and a new stadium is in the works. A positive transition and suited for what lies ahead. Go on Scunny.
